YU has finally launched the highly anticipated Yureka Note, and it’s the company’s brand new phablet device that becomes official a day after the yesterday’s brief appearance. As expected, the smartphone will be going on sale from online retailers as well offline retailers across India later today.
Talking about the specifications, the Yureka Note (YU6000) boasts a 6-inch IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Just like Letv Le 1s and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, YU has also included a rear mounted Fingerprint sensor to add extra layer of protection. The Yureka Note comes with strikingly close design to its siblings Yuphoria and Yutopia as it borrowed similar camera setup, fingerprint sensor, and overall look but to differentiate the design, YU has split the rear mounted speaker grill. In addition, it has a polycarbonate body with a metallic frame running around the device.
The Yureka Note is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6753T SoC, which clocked at 1.5GHz. Ther’s also a Mali-T720 GPU clocked at 700MHZ for gaming and other heavy graphical intensive tasks, and the CPU is backed up by 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB ROM, but you have the option to expand it via microSD card slot if you are storage hungry.
The imaging department includes 13MP rear shooter with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and Dual LED Flash. Up front, the Yureka Note sports 8MP F2.2 camera with 84.4-degrees of the field of view to take wide-angle selfies.
Along with Fingerprint sensor, the Yureka Note features a 4000mAh battery, and the Dual Speakers with NXP smart PA audio chip capabilities to boost your audio experience while consuming media. There are also Hybrid Dual SIM slot, 4G LTE connectivity, and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with the Stock UI on board.

The YU Yureka Note has been priced at INR 13499, which is INR 1500 less than what we saw yesterday (MRP on leaked package).
