Microsoft Officially Starts Windows 10 Mobile Update Rollout

The Microsoft has eventually started rolling out the much awaiting Windows 10 Mobile update to the long list of devices, which are currently running on Windows Phone 8.1. The update originally scheduled for December 2015 but due to the undisclosed reasons, Microsoft pushed back the rollout to Q1 2016. To be exact, it initially scheduled for February, then postponed to March and here you go, the update is here finally to rock your older devices with an essential update. Windows 10 Mobile is rolling out to 18 devices in total at this moment, the list includes:

  • Lumia 930
  • Lumia 640
  • Lumia 640 XL
  • Lumia 730
  • Lumia 735
  • Lumia 830
  • Lumia 532
  • Lumia 535
  • Lumia 540
  • Lumia 635 (1GB)
  • Lumia 636 (1GB)
  • Lumia 638 (1GB)
  • Lumia 430
  • Lumia 435
  • BLU Win HD w510u
  • BLU Win HD LTE x150q
  • MCJ Madosma Q501

The list seems big at first glance, but the key Windows Phone devices missed from the list like HTC One M8 Windows Phone, a couple of Acer devices and more. We are looking for either HTC or Microsoft’s word on it. Source
