The Motorola has come back into the news with the extension of Moto G (3rd Gen) and Moto G Turbo Edition sale to Amazon India as well as making available the flagship Moto X Force for India consumers. Motorola’s budget smartphones called Moto G (3rd Gen) and Moto G Turbo Edition smartphones used to be available exclusively from Flipkart, but the company has extended the availability to Amazon India also. This is not the first time for Motorola to do this as the company already extends the availability of Moto E (2nd Gen) variant to Amazon, which was previously Flipkart exclusive smartphone.
Talking about the prices, the Moto G Turbo Edition, which packs better Snapdragon 615 chipset instead of Snapdragon 410, has been priced at INR 12499. The Moto G (3rd Gen) 16GB model is priced at INR 10999. Both the smartphones were launched with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and now running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Moto G Turbo Edition has seen INR 2000 price cut permanently that will be helpful to boost the sales in the crowded Indian market.
On the other hand, the company’s high-end Moto X Force entered into sale yesterday via Amazon and Flipkart. The device is priced at INR 49999 and INR 53999 for 32GB and 64GB variants. The key selling point of the device is its Shatterproof display, which should stand against the accidental drops and even intentional pressure. Users shouldn’t worry about the display cracking anymore as Motorola used multiple layers of glass to protect the display panel. Check out our in-depth article on Moto X Force to know how it works. Apart from this, it packs 5.4-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 810 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage with the option to insert microSD card up to 200 GB. There are 21MP rear and 5MP front shooters, and it packs 3760mAh battery to keep the lights turned on for longer hours.
If you can invest big money but looking for all round Android device with stellar display protection, we would recommend ‘Moto X Force’. Both the storage options are in stock from both online retailers. If you are looking for stock Android with smoother performance in the budget, we would recommend you to look at Moto G (3rd Gen) and Moto G Turbo Edition before going to have a look at Chinese based smartphones since Motorola is far reliable and quicker in pushing the latest software updates when you compare with any Chinese smartphone maker out there.
