Samsung Galaxy Core Prime launched in India

Samsung has finally launched new budget friendly Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360h) smartphone in India. Currently, the device listed on Samsung India eStore for a price tag of INR 8600.

On the spec front, the handset sports a 4.5-inch PLS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. A 1.3GHz Quad-core SoC drives the engine, backed by a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of on-board storage with support for a microSD card slot for up to 64GB.

On the camera front, the device sports a 5MP rear-facing camera with an LED flash and a 2MP front-facing shooter. Connectivity includes Dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v.4.1 and GPS. The device powered by a 2000mAh battery with an ultra-saving mode that promises up to 1.2 days of standby time and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
